Obtaining Your Background Report From Kroll (when a report has been previously requested about you)
You may request a free annual file disclosure when a background report has been previously requested about you pursuant to the Free Annual File Disclosure Rule, 16 C.F.R. Part 610, by contacting Kroll via one of the methods below:

Leave a message on our secure voicemail system to request a free copy of your background report and file by mail or email once you provide proper personally identifiable documentation.

Please note that Kroll will only have a report/file about you if you previously signed an authorization form allowing an employer, or other party, to obtain a background check on you through Kroll.
