Kroll’s testing methodologies meet or exceed certification requirements mandated by all federal and state regulatory bodies, including SAMHSA. Our laboratories can confirm non-negative test results and are trained to detect means by which a donor may have altered a specimen.

Kroll also offers Medical Review Officer (MRO) services for clinical interpretation of results by a licensed M.D. with a history of substance abuse diagnostic work.
