Applicant Submission
Available to our U.S. clients, Kroll’s Applicant Submission tool is a web-based questionnaire through which job applicants can directly provide their own information and instantly begin their background checks. Developed in-house by Kroll engineers, Applicant Submission helps minimize the involvement of HR professionals and other client personnel in the background screening process.
With Applicant Submission, all Kroll needs to initiate the background screening process are the applicant’s name, e-mail address, and the package of services you would like Kroll to perform for that applicant. After Kroll receives this information, the applicant receives an e-mail linking to the Applicant Submission website.
Once there, the applicant fills out the user-friendly questionnaire, the progress of which can be saved and returned to at any time. So, something as simple as a forgotten telephone number means an applicant never has to start back at the beginning.
Because the applicant directly supplies his own information, there is not only less room for error, but also a greater assurance that the data provided to Kroll is as up-to-date as possible.
