Kroll works with organizations of all types and sizes to assist them in designing customized, cost-effective, and accurate employee drug testing programs. We work with our partners to combine state-of-the-art testing methodologies with forensic-quality expertise to ensure accurate results and superior service and support.
Because every workplace is different, Kroll offers an extensive range of substance abuse testing options to meet your specific requirements. From how you test to what you test for, Kroll can facilitate the ideal drug testing program for your organization.
We can screen urine, oral fluid, and hair samples for a multitude of substances, creating unique panels to test for those drugs about which you are most concerned. Kroll can facilitate all facets of your drug testing program:
- Pre-employment
- Department of Transportation (DOT)
- Random testing
- Post-accident
- Reasonable suspicion
- Return-to-duty
- Follow-up drug testing
Kroll is committed to streamlining your collection process so we have a number of alternatives:
- Arrange for your applicants or employees to provide samples at any one of our 8,000+ collection sites
- Offer point of collection testing products for preliminary results (please consult your state law to determine if point of collection testing is permissible for use in your state)
- Provide the tools for you to perform on-site specimen collection
- Can send collection experts to your facilities
All samples are handled and processed with the utmost concern for accuracy and legal compliance. Kroll’s preferred laboratory partners meet certification requirements mandated by all federal and state regulatory bodies, including SAMHSA. Testing methodologies can confirm non-negative test results, and laboratory personnel are trained to detect means by which a donor may have altered or substituted a specimen.
Kroll also offers Medical Review Officer (MRO) services for clinical interpretation of results by a licensed physician with certification and continuing education in substance abuse diagnostic work.
